Firm but soft noodles, with thick miso (soybean) broth and right amount of spiciness.
Cooking - Add Noodle and the flavor sachet into 550ml of Boiling water and cook for 4 ½ minutes. Stir well and serve. You may sprinkle leeks or green onions for texture, add meat slices or sausages, add your favorite vegetables. You may add egg or dumplings as toppings or on the side. May include as a side dish in Korean BBQ.
