The rich and flavorful Jjajang, black bean sauce, with chewy noodle make mouthwatering taste. It is not spicy, but sweet.
Cooking - Open lid partially and add vegetable flakes into the bowl. Pour boiling water into the bowl and close lid for 5 mins. Pierce 4 holes on the lid, drain the water out of the bowl, then mix well with sauce. You may sprinkle leeks or green onions for texture, add meat slices or sausages, add your favorite vegetables. You may add egg or dumplings as toppings or on the side.
