Kamjatang is a popular Korean dish which means pork bone stew. It has a mild spiciness and rich pork broth.
Cooking - Open lid partially, add soup base and vegetable, then pour boiling water up to the injection mark. Close lid for 4 mins, stir well and enjoy. You may sprinkle leeks or green onions for texture, add meat slices or sausages, add your favorite vegetables. You may add egg or dumplings as toppings or on the side.
